ReWild Dance Online, cultivate a healthy relationship with your True Nature, by dropping out of the mind and back home into your body… listening to your internal landscape, and authentically expressing what you find, through your movement.
Dance has always been an integral part of human expression in cultures around the world. We danced to celebrate and commemorate, to honour heritage and invoke higher powers, to perform healing and initiation rituals, to inspire realisation and release. We danced to remember our individual thread in the greater web of life.
Dance is as old as humanity… Our bodies, our hearts, our spirits, our FEET are wired to do it!
Despite space and distance, join Abby Gilbert and your Dance Family, every week, on your personal dance floor.
Expect to be guided to explore and express both the pleasure and resistance you find within. Be moved by what is real and alive in your body. Befriend yourself through the Medicine of your Dance.
ReWild Dance Guidelines:
Please join the online classes on time to be safely held within the container and be aligned with the intentions.
The highest intention is always “do no harm”, which means to be responsible, respectful and mindful of ourselves and one another – before, during and after the ReWild Dance Class.
Please be aware of the limit of your emotional edge, and practise self-care if you feel you aren’t managing. If you need to leave the ReWild Dance class early, I will check in with you once the class has ended.
Do not take any screenshots, to protect the privacy of the group.
Wear comfortable clothing for free-form movement, and expect to dance with bare feet.
This is a sober, alcohol and drug-free experience.
